Click & Collect is available at all of our Pets Domain stores around Australia.

Select ‘Click & Collect’ in the checkout, and when you are notified that your order is ready, you can then collect it from your local Pets Domain store.

 

Click & Collect is a free service with no minimum spend, there are no changes for this order method.

 

Please note you will only be able to complete a Click & Collect order if all the items in your cart are available and in stock at your local Pets Domain store.

 

When your order is ready for pickup you will be notified via email and SMS (optional). (Subject to stock availability.)

 

Please make sure that you bring the following when you come to collect your order:

Your order confirmation, in either printed or digital form

Valid photographic identification (photo ID)*

*Valid photo ID includes Drivers Licence, Passport, Blind Citizens Card, Proof of Age card, or Police/Government/Defence Force identification.

 

Can someone else pick up my order?

If you want someone else to collect your Click & Collect order on your behalf, you will need to let us know before they come in-store to collect the order.

You can let us know by directly contacting your local Pets Domain store by phone.

If another person comes to collect your order, and we have not been advised of this, we will be required to contact you before releasing your order to them.

If we are unable to reach you, the order cannot be released to anyone.

The person you have nominated to collect your Click & Collect order must bring a valid Photo ID and your order number.

 

Can I change the items in my Click & Collect order?

You cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed.

What happens when Pets Domain can’t supply one of the items I ordered?

Our primary goal is to fulfil your order as best as possible.

However, for whatever reason, we cannot supply an item after you have purchased it, we will notify you immediately.

 

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 14 days from the original date of purchase.

If your order is not collected within 14 days from the original date of purchase, your order will be cancelled, a refund issued to you, and the products will be returned to the shelf.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to show in your account.

 

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

If your order is not picked up within 14 days from the original date of purchase, your order will be refunded, and the products will be returned to the shelf.
