How do I become a +Plus Club Member? 
If you are an existing Gold, Silver or Bronze +Plus Club Member, when your membership expires, you will automatically become a Blue +Plus Club Member. If you are not an existing member, simply come in-store and provide our staff with your first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number. Once we have these details, you will have access to our +Plus Club Member’s price, and you can start accruing points on purchases. 

What are the benefits of becoming a +Plus Club Member?
You will have access to discounts on selected products and exclusive discounts on sales and promotions. You will also accrue points on your in-store and online purchases. $1 equals 1 points.

Can I access my +Plus Club price on the petsdomain.com.au website for Click & Collect orders?
Yes, you can.

How does the points accrual work for Blue +Plus Club Members?
$1 = 1 point. 

For instance:

500 points = $10 loyalty credit for in-store use. So, each point is valued at 2c for in-store purchase. 

These points are saved on your membership information. You can ask an in-store staff member how many points you have. After your first purchase you can use your points instantly in-store.

Points also accrue for on-line purchases.

How do I cancel my membership?
We’d be sad to see you go, but if you’d like to cancel your membership, please email customercare@petsdomain.com.au 

I’m a Gold, Silver, Bronze and Blue +Plus Club Member. What will happen with my membership?
As a member, you won’t have to do anything. You will have immediate access to +Plus Club Membership prices in-store and online for Click & Collect orders. Once your current membership expires, you will automatically become a Blue +Plus Club Member.

I’m a Gold +Plus Club Member. Will I still have free access to the DIY Dog Wash?
You still have access to free DIY Dog Wash for the duration of your Gold +Plus Club Membership, once this expires, dog washes will be the recommended retail price.
