How do I become a +Plus Club Member? 
It's easy! Either come in-store and provide our staff with your first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number or purchase from our website where you will have access to member prices. Once we have these details, you will have access to our +Plus Club Member’s price, and you can start accruing points on purchases. 

What are the benefits of becoming a +Plus Club Member?
You will have access to discounts on selected products and exclusive discounts on sales and promotions. You will also accrue points on your in-store and online purchases.

$1 equals 1 points. 

Can I access my +Plus Club price on the petsdomain.com.au website for Click & Collect and Shipping orders?
Yes, you can.

How does the points accrual work?
$1 = 1 point. 

For instance:

500 points = $10 loyalty credit for in-store use. So, each point is valued at 2c for in-store purchase. 

These points are saved on your membership information. You can ask an in-store staff member how many points you have. After your first purchase you can use your points instantly in-store.

Points also accrue for on-line purchases, but currently points cannot be redeemed online.

How do I cancel my membership?
