Head to Store Locations, enter your postcode or city, and it will bring up your closest store and its contact information.
Can I collect my online order in-store?
Yes, Pets Domain only offers a Click & Collect service, where you pick up your online order from your local store.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, Pets Domain does deliver directly to your home in selected areas. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your postcode in the pop-up on the homepage when you enter our website.
Some products can't be delivered; this information will be noted on the product page.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept secure payment options of Visa, MasterCard, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Can I purchase a Pets Domain gift voucher online?
Pets Domain gift vouchers are available only in-store for purchase and redemption.

Is my +Plus Club Membership linked to the online store, and will I accrue any points for shopping online?
+Plus Club Members will receive points for online purchases*, however, points can only be redeemed in-store.
*The email address you use online must match the email address you provided when creating your +Plus Club Membership.
Can I cancel my order after I've already paid?

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed.

Can I place an order over the phone rather than online?
We cannot take payment over the phone.
