  • How can I find my closest Pets Domain store?
    Head to Store Locations and click on the state you live in to find a list of stores and store contact details within that state.

  • Can I purchase a Pets Domain gift voucher online?
    Pets Domain gift vouchers are available only in-store for purchase and redemption. To find your local store, check out our Store Locations

  • Is my +Plus Club Membership linked to the online store, and will I accrue any points for shopping online?
    At this stage, the +Plus Club Membership is in-store only and not linked to our online store. For security purposes, the +Plus Club membership is not stored on our online system. Points will be accrued for in-store purchases only.

  • Do I have to create an online account to purchase items?
    No, you can register as a guest when you check-out. 
    However, there are benefits of creating an online account. These benefits are: 

1. All orders are saved into your account. You can shop faster with access to your previous orders.
2. Get notified by email of any promotions and sales.
3. Add items to your wish-list.

  • What payment types are accepted?
    We accept secure payment options of VISA and MASTERCARD.

  • Can I cancel my order after I've already paid?
    If your order has already been processed and dispatched we cannot cancel the order. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
